SPECIAL REPORT
Paulo's News was planning this space for a fun caption contest for the above very similar photos of Apple CEO Steve Jobs circa 1984 and conservative pundit Tucker Carlson. However, new details surrounding the photographs have surfaced that require timely reporting. After we first published details the contest mid-week, Paulo's News received numerous e-mails from sources purporting to have actual information about a biological link between Jobs and Carlson. Further follow-up produced reliable information verified between multiple sources close to the Carlson family, one high-level source at Pinnacle Foods, and two at Pixar. The truth? Tucker Carlson is Steve Jobs' biological son. According to source accounts, during the summer of 1968, when Jobs was 13, he attended a party in Palo Alto, CA. Alcohol and drugs were served, and Jobs lost his virginity to another young woman at party. The woman became pregnant, and later confronted Jobs. As Jobs would repeat 10 years later with his daughter Lisa, he wanted nothing to do with a baby and the infant was put up for adoption after being born in May 1969. Young Tucker was adopted by political socialite Richard Carlson and TV Dinner heiress Patricia Carlson. As the young biological mother wished to continue to visit the boy, the Carlsons agreed that Tucker would soon be told that Patricia was his stepmother, in exchange for hiring the young woman on for an unpaid summer job at their California vacation home. Jobs did not come to know the identity of his son until many years later, when Tucker's biological mother contacted him in the late 1990s. Sources conflict on the details, with one claiming this took place after the woman learned of Jobs' return to fame at Apple, and another claiming that Jobs was contacted after the woman was profoundly affected by Noah Wyle's depiction of Jobs in the TV Film Pirates of Silicon Valley. Jobs and Carlson have since met and remain in touch. One Pixar source implied that Steve and Tucker's relationship may have influenced Steve's recent conservative political shift, including his recent support of Wal-Mart.
